Just learned about Carl this morning, terrible, terrible story. Wish there was more information on the subject it's something I never heard about growing up. And, would like to know more on. I can't imagine what was going through that young man's head, he was just doing his job what he thought was right. William Howard joined in with the group and chased him and started assaulting him, so he shot him. He was scared young and didn't deserve to be there.
