It wouldn't work because it'd make it obvious who swappers are/were since they go back to 1HP when swapped, so it'd start out as RDM, then end as "Kill the only healthy person other than me"

Maybe the Loot Goblin could be given something to let them steal loot from people, like if a traitor or detective has a bought item the goblin could steal it off them and run away. Then if you kill them then you get the regular loot plus whatever they stole from people

Or have it similar to like Diablo style loot goblins. Like as they run around they drop random loot and they have to try and survive until they can escape if they escape the round continues but they count as winning alongside the winners. Loot goblin definitely needs *something* other than just running around hiding. Especially since most of the maps aren't made well for it at all so the loot goblin can typically hide in a tiny corner and never be found.

@@Eventide215I was thinking reducing the Loot Goblin drop amount to just 2-3 items but they spawn a random item at their feet every ~30 seconds so the player can diplomacy themselves into surviving. But I think the goblin would just pick up the item themselves immediately which isn’t as fun- not sure if there’s a way to stop a player from picking items up for a few seconds after they spawn it in.

@@DoABarrelRol1lCould fill the goblin's inventory with things they can't drop. Then they can't pick up anything. There's a few ways you could go about it.

This is more detrimental to the Traitors and Goblin then anything. Because of the Parasite the Detective is encouraged to not buy anything, while the Traitors often buy stuff with the intent to quickly use it meaning either the Goblin is about to die or it is stolen and the Traitor reacts giving away their role.

Whoa the SWAPPER has an amazing strategy. Because none of you guys can go a round without poisonings someone the swapper should look for that person that was prisoned and announce their role and ask to swap. The person thats poisoned can then kill the swapper, Swap and immediately die to poison and have full HP and will be immune to the damage as the poisoner will be a swapper now!
