Actually, I don’t think that was revenge for Robert, I feel that it was more revenge on either Jonathan (for being the nudist lord) or Chris (for making him take off his trousers in front of the audience).

I love everybody in Mischief but Bryony Corrigan as Vanessa is a legit comic legend. To act both genuinely and then embarrassed whilst trying to keep her composure but also that she's so much better than this material all in one look.

I think it just stops the cast from being uncomfortable. Dave hearn and Charlie were (not sure if still together) dating so they stopped the max and sandra stuff after xmas carol. "Annie" did kiss "Jonathan" in peter pan so maybe not lesbian.

I think it's more of a dig at how women who aren't conventionally attractive often get cast in male roles in amateur theatre bc there are not enough male actors. (Of course in this one she cast herself, so maybe there is more too it)

I think it's more being bad at improv than remembering her lines. Cause in The Pilot (Not the Pilot) she read the incorrect notes Dennis gave her even though she'd have known they were wrong.

So many characters get to be straight even if it's not important to the plot - so why can't a male character mention his husband even if it's not important to the plot? If a male character mentioned his wife, you would not call that sexualisation
