I recommend, making a video on how to choose the right client. considering his details. Sometimes when finishing a project the funds get locked by freelancer side because the project owner hasn't verified his ID, what do i need to consider With regard to the owner of the project before bidding, so as not to get into this problem?

You cant rank or top, neither it would be fair considering that some of us have been producing good work and stacking reviews for years. However, you can definetly implement tactics to get better, stack reviews and climb the rankings.
