He followed up a perfect album in "DAYTONA" with one of the best albums of 2022 in "It's Almost Dry." I remember the first time ever hearing Clipse was on the old school stereo and hearing "Grindin" truly changed my life. One of the greatest rap songs of all-time and man does that production from Pharrell slap 🔥

How he do that? Drake had already made the song... Push heard it from 40 and used it in his diss. We would have all heard it if he didn't diss and Drake had dropped scorpion. Dumpy freestyle was definitely better and a whole song not just dissing on someone else's beat 🙄

It's a helluva time to be a Push/Clipse fan... with the year Push has had (with his first #1 album), Clipse doing some live performances, the official release of "Exclusive Audio Footage", with videos like this - and Complex just a few days ago posted an _amazing_ conversation to celebrate the 20th anniversary of _Lord Willin'_ with No Malice, Push & more. Can't wait to see what the future of Pusha and Clipse offers! Edit: Although I absolutely love _My Name Is My Name,_ I do agree that there's something about _Darkest Before Dawn_ - it definitely stands out as a turning point and it set the table for what came after it.

Being born and raised in Virginia beach, VA we weren't lucky enough to have DOZENS of famous artists that came from our city like so many rappers today. Pusha T was MORE than an amazing artist. He was our HERO in ALL of the 7 cities (757) and while his brother reminded us to repent and thank God for every moment he gives us to breath, Pusha taught us too keep GRINDING for what you believe in and to always remember to grsnning8

Video gave me chills. Been a Push fan since grinding (of course that’s the first time I heard of him and his brother) been a fan ever since and he just keeps evolving. I even liked FoG2 surprisingly. One of the GOATs of our generation and highly underrated. I still can’t believe Drake tried to go up against him when that’s basically Pushas home turf. I’ve always said, Pusha Ts dark beats and gritty bars is what makes him shine Edit: I scrolled past this video saying to myself “oh Pusha T, I know his story don’t need to watch” but then scrolled back up and said let me see what this is about (that’s how much of a fan I am). Was not disappointed and actually mind blown, had to sub.

I've watch Hip-hop grow from the days of spontaneous block parties in New York public parks during the '80s and definitely after the launch of Adelphi University's WBAU. I even remember how hard it was to play a Public Enemy tape in my father's cutlass supreme and the first time I heard a Nas snippet over the speakers at the Shea stadium during 7th-ining stretch. I appreciate this video and it is refreshing to open my eyes and ears to an artist I always respected. Thanks for the knowledge and I am a new subscriber to your content. Peace.

the main sad reason there isn’t a lot of ‘pusha ts’ with long last careers is that a lot of them are getting shot or dying in some other way after 5-6 years of their career before they can even grow any greater. hoping we can see more artists grow to their full potential instead of them being taken from us too soon.

And they never really get the credit they deserve I’ve seen him twice in concert and you always puts on a good show stapler hip-hop!
