Overcooked eggs are bad but once they start to burn and turn brown they smell and are completely inedible. Slow-cooked eggs are the best way to cook them.

The beef looks great. I love how you are able to cut the meat so fine with your knife. I don't have any good knives - I use a crappy (cheap) steak knife to cut everything whether it be buns, meat, or vegetables. Yeah, being single all my life has not made me a great cook like Sam. I am however, with Max regarding the eggs. They are a little too 'wet' for my liking, but that's a simple fix. Thanks guys, you're my favourite cooking channel on KZbin!

Looks great Sam...If you really want your eggs to come out popping in color, try adding 1/4tsp of turmeric. WIll give a great orange-yellow hue to the eggs.
