a vector is anything with a magnitude or direction. Accelerator can passively deflect vectors he considers harmful subconsiously, and actively manipulate any vector he can calculate. it doesn't make him invincible, but dang well close. it takes a good understanding of his ability and how it works, and probably the man himself, to defeat him, as well as a really good plan. Accelerator would have died, but Heaven Canceller was on the job. the most OP doctor to save the most OP esper.

Vector manipulation basically in nutshell mean that he can pretty much manipulate not only objects but all kind of forces that exist in the universe, and he can manipulate it consciously or not. So he can deflect, reflect, attack, defend in very perfect way. So no matter what power you have (as long as it has force and the direction/vector of that force) you can't touch him, this is very high school physics shit

Probably, but 1: he'd likely never give them his DNA map. 2: His clones wouldn't have access to a memory sharing network as his powers doesn't interact in that manner. 3: the experiment was ultimately a giant fakeout to set up the Misaka Network for other purposes. It was never meant to work.
