No because bugs during the age of Dinosaurs were about the same size as modern ones, they were only huge during the Carboniferous Period way before dinosaurs appeared, even then they weren't as huge as many people think (or even as dangerous) the only threat they could pose is to a small pet like a cat or small dog, and maybe a baby.

Centipedes aren’t on this list because they aren’t insects, they and millipedes are their own subphylum called myriapoda. Basically equal to the other subphylums of Arthropoda like arachnid, crustacean and insecta.

Why do people keep thinking centipedes are insects? They aren't. Insects are defined by the fact they have six legs and centipedes... they don't have six legs and are therefore NOT insects. They are referred to as bugs, but bugs and insects are NOT the same thing and bugs is just a generalized term to group in small animals for convenience and aren't a real group of animals. Technically, snails can be referred to as a bug.

Spiders, scorpions as well as some ticks and other critters fall into this category. Yes they are arthropods, but they are NOT arachnids in the slightest. Spiders as arachnids are also NOT insects.

Misquitos have the highest human population death rate ever. Roaches will sneak in your house and crawl their nasty diseased asses in your food and dishes and make you sick. Wasps and bees build their nest on or in your house and cause major infestations to the point where you have to call a professional. Gnats will CONSTANTLY fly near you and even sometimes try going up your nose and land on your face. Bedbugs are bedbugs and they might be livin rent free in your bed without you even knowing. Flies will swarm out your garbage can and most of the time wonder inside your house whenever you leave the door open for a split second. And theres never just 1 most of the time you'll find another 1 that came from thin air. Theres tons of reason insects should be hated and why people shouldn't like them Moths and butterflies are the only ones thats chill and won't cause either infestations or land and bite the fuck out of you.

Bees pollinate flowers, mosquitoes provide lots of food for other animals both in larvae and adult form, flies and their maggots help break down hazardous dead animal material, I know spiders aren't insects, but they eat the insects that would bother us the most, same with centipedes, there's absolutely no reason to hate them. They are more useful than your "cute" little dog is. It's just that people like to hate stuff because they don't know nothin about it. Insects are like anything other animal. No reason to hate all bugs just because of some little roach infestation lol

Can somewhat agree, but spiders aren't insects, and the hate for bugs isn't necessary as lots of agriculture and pest control (also as food for other animals) is based on them. Also the only insects that people usually hate are the ones which we are responsible for, how you gonna hate on that cockroach or those ants when you never clean your kitchen (if you want natural pest control against insects just let some spiders live in your house).

@@irishpanic I know. even if the majority of cockroach and wasp species don't interact with humans and aren't harmful, but I get it, I've had a roach infestation too. it's just that cockroaches and wasps are only like. a small amount of all bugs. out of *millions* of insect species, only 1 to 3 percent are pest species. the rest are beautiful and do more for this planet then you guys will ever know
