He's hardly touching the ball because the offence is being run through Kyrie with Al in the pick and roll too much. If you notice the games where Gordon scores 20+ points, it's usually on a really efficient shooting percentage. He simply doesn't get enough looks because Kyrie is so ball dominant. Neither do Rozier and Brown.

After the Cavaliers have taken the championship away from the Warriors back in 2016 I really thought Kyrie would become one of the greatest players in the NBA history. Then each time he didn’t perform well I thought is due to his injury. But now with his injury long gone I think it might have something to do with his attitude.
