Surprisingly, as a Security Guard for 2 years, I have actually seen a small handful of these- but they're always old and worn or super dirty on the outside. I can't speak for the interiors.

​@@gone.golfing- the toilet is separate from the shower. It's basically a camper installed in the cab of a truck. Under the cab is a freshwater and gray water tank.

maybe a casual uh 100k? or more? just for the semi its around 70k-150k and for the cabin maybe another 1k-10k depends on what materials and what you add on it and space and all that stuff

That is considered a bathroom. Even in houses, a toilet and sink is called a half bath. A room with a shower, toilet and sink is a 3/4 bath.
