Its called the dark night of the soul, and many of us have been through it. We come out on the other side and learn to love ourselves. We all need to learn to stop beating ourselves up for who we are not and love ourselves for who we are! Much love to you sweetie!

Hi Heather - I watched your video and I just wanted to say a couple of things if I may. Firstly, sending condolences for your loss and all the trauma you have been through in recent months. Secondly, congratulations! Congratulations on producing such a raw, authentic and honest video. It is an inspirational account of your feelings and emotions. The Oxford dictionary defines ‘BRAVE’ as the following: "Ready to face and endure danger or pain; showing courage." The Webster dictionary defines 'COURAGE' as the following: "Mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty." YOU are both Brave & Courageous, Heather! I typically do not watch most of the videos that people put forth about themselves for various reasons, as they fall into the "oh poor me... can't you see" mode. But because I have followed your channel for so long, I watched. With ELEGANCE & GRACE you put forth your feelings for all to see. I cannot put into words how IMPRESSIVE You are, Heather. Talented, beautiful, and impressive beyond words! If you've ever heard of the very famous 'Napolean Hill'... in his lectures and in all his books like "Think and Grow Rich", which he wrote after being commissioned by Andrew Carnegie to interview ALL the Industrial Revolution Moguls of that era (Henry Ford, John D Rockefeller, J.P. Morgan, Himself/Mr. Carnegie, etc) and how they got to be Moguls - - - - Napolean tells everyone: "The only way to get to IT is to go through IT. So, what if you are scared? Just Do It Scared!! Just DO IT... JUST DO IT... JUST DO IT!!" And THAT is exactly what You did, beyond comprehension to most. Truly, there are no words for what ALL you've lost. But you are on 'the other side'... you 'got to IT' because you went 'through IT'. MUCH Love & RESPECT... Deborah Kay Neumann

Awww 🥰. Well I still have my moments of grief and sadness. Peri menopause is also no joke in terms of emotions!! Lol 😂 But I’m doing the work. I’ve also been getting reiki and light worker since this video was published, and that has been transformative. We are all a work in progress, aren’t we??
@deborahneumann9162
@deborahneumann9162 11 ай бұрын
Oh, boy... are we ever! LOL LOL I've been through the peri and post-menopause... I'm 73 years WISE now... been through all that crap, plus so much more! LOL Yes, Reiki is fabulous, especially if someone is truly trained and certified... a Reiki Master only. One other thing you might try if you could afford it... a MAGNETIC Mattress Pad for your bed. It does WONDERS for the body while you sleep, and keeps you in the rem state longer, which is the only time the body repairs itself. A magnetic mattress pad helps to rectify the electrical pollution we do to ourselves during the day (phones, computers, hair dryers, turning lights on and off, overhead and table lamps, yadda yadda)... balances our own electromagnetic fields. I used to be certified in all this - trained heavily - but I'm not affiliated with anyone any longer. Another thing you can try is an IONIC FOOTBATH. These are INCREDIBLE for taking toxins out of your body, right through your feet. Every single nerve and blood vessel in our entire body goes through our feet. The frequency of the ions pull those toxins out of the pores because there is sea salt in the water and water always follows sodium. Going to a salon for a session can be expensive, so I purchased a really good one for my own use at home. If you do it at home, I always tell everyone... don't do it more than once a week or every other week. People get addicted to it because it makes them breathe better and feel so much better overall. I am an Energy Worker and had a small practice that went by the wayside when the pandemic hit. Not going back to it now. So, I am trained in many 'energy' modalities. Full-spectrum light therapy is wonderful, as is 'color light therapy'. If there is anyone in your area that offers "SOUND BATHS"... absolutely do it. Sound Therapy is a wonderful healing tool for the body. Our bodies recognize the frequency and try to mimic it, which helps the repair work in rem-state. I know because I'm certified in that, too. LOL Some Yoga studios are now offering "sound baths". It could be crystal bowls, tuning forks, gongs, ocean drums, certain bells and/or a combination of many. You would be AMAZED at how relaxed you feel... just an overall sense of well-being. Don't know if any of this is helpful, but I just pass it along just in case something resonates with You. Just keep doing what you are doing and check out a couple of the above-mentioned things, if you like. It only helps, with no side effects except feeling better. (: MUCH Love... Thank-you for sharing your recent struggles along this journey on Earth School. I have had many dark night of the soul periods. One lasted 10 years after the loss of my son. It's beautiful to share our difficult moments with others. It encourages us to see the similarities instead of differences in one another. The darkness fades to light. Heaviness to lightness and more of who we truly are is revealed. Thankful for you Heather. Much Love.

Heather, I shed tears of sadness as I watched the beginning of this video. I am so terribly sorry for your losses and for the illnesses you endured. As the story continued my heart started to feel lighter. You healed yourself! You followed your intuition and gave yourself what you most needed. I am so grateful to your for sharing your journey. You are a light to all of us. You are the first artist, creative I found on KZbin. The first to inspire me, the first to delight me and teach me about paint pouring. I am indebted to you. Thanks a lot Heather! I saw you on your Jeff Mara interview. I fell in love with your art then. Isn’t it amazing that our quality of life and our creativity levels hinge on our self acceptance and happiness assessment? I’ve heard that we can put ourselves in positive moods through an act of intent. Like acting. We can have anything through belief. Now,how to get yourself to believe what you don’t believe? That’s where the real magic lies!

You are seeing the light and your title never give up was very good for anyone dealing with their own things. Thank you. Heather, I appreciate you courageously sharing the soul-wrenching losses and incredibly scary health traumas you endured over the last 7 months. Your message about not giving up and knowing that we’re never alone is so true. Life can be unpredictable…we never know what is around the next bend in our life journey. Your strength and resilience in the face of such adversity are inspiring. Your advice is spot on, and I believe that by sharing your story, you have, or will, help someone else find the strength to keep going for one more minute…one more hour…one more day. It’s wonderful that your mother's visit helped uplift your spirits. I’m proud of you for finding the determination to take care of yourself, to make time to visit the coast to find peace, and to lean into your art to find and create more joy for yourself. Most of all, I’m proud of you for remembering who you are, and I applaud your choice to wear your Grandmother’s ring as a commitment to yourself. Remember that YOU make a positive difference in our chaotic world! As for your soul-stunning losses: You know that Tom would have stayed if he could...you are his best friend…he dearly loves you and always will. You also know that your partner leaving had absolutely nothing to do with you...he was fighting his own demons and internal struggles. Yet he loved you enough to leave and not drag you through his torturous journey. Love is a precious gift that we give…and it’s a precious gift we receive. I hope you remember the love you shared with each of these two people who are no longer in your daily physical life, and remember the love of the people still in your life (even those you never see), then allow all of that love to uplift and support you as you take each step forward. I believe in you, Heather. And I love you, lady. Big hugs!!

Heather, where do I begin..... I have really missed you & thought you might be going through some things, sorry for your loss.. I did see that pod cast of you and a time in your life. So exciting so amazing and so very blessed to have that experience and memories. I know that pain that you felt, to be completely broken, mentally, physically, emotionally and even spiritually. Not wanting to get out bed, not wanting to do anything or go anywhere, too depressed. I am glad you are recovering and remembering yourself. I don't even remember who I am but I keep searching and you give me new hope!! Your paintings are beautiful. If I can muster up any will left inside of me perhaps it will be art where I find myself too. Heather, much love and many hugs to you ❤
