It would be nice if there were more programs actually like this for 40-59 and seniors citizens. I know many people in the USA are struggling. Many 40+ are looking at career changes and have difficulty competing against their younger counterparts, and they need/want the experience an internship, paid preferably, could give them to stay competitive. Many seniors are retired but are still needing extra income, and a paid internship could assist them while letting them share their past work experience.
