i remember wathing TI for the 1st time back in 2013, my friend was lauged at me, they say its just video game but have like "true sport" vibe that time, esport havent accepted by all ppl like nowadays... and now, ppl who laugh at me, playing some of stupid moba on their phone lmao little they know that cheap mobile game was inspired by dota... man, im feeling old and this year opening ceremony wasnt as great as last TIs, but the vibe never change

It's a shame how much this once prestigious tournament has dropped off. I think it's time to call an end to Dota 2, it's been a good run but the game has been declining for so many years now, all the old champions have moved on, the prize pool will never reach it's peak again, and there are so few good tournaments around the year that the scene is just dead. I remember around 2015-2017 you had amazing tournament after amazing tournament, the majors, fun things like Midas mode, the Summit. Sad times.
