It has a big research and development team, probably one of the biggest in crypto tbh. The reason of the price discrepancy when it was first released is due to ftx manipulating the price that was out of ICP control.

ICP was never a scam but SBF orchestrated a rugpull. He's now in jail for the next 25 years. I have invested more than 200 hours educating myself on the capabilities of IPC before I invested. I have 7200 shares and will not even consider selling 1 for at least 8-10 years.

Why isn’t it making good gains as bitcoin goes up? I believe it will have its run but I swapped out my icp. It difficult to see it 4x especially after it hit over 10.05 dollars and now is at 8.20. To me that’s not a good sign. I really did want to hold icp however it’s just not doing as well as many other coins. I do think it will do very well in the future but I cannot miss the huge opportunities that are present at this time.
