@@Firan25 I'm not that old, but my face is almost the same since my first years. Perfect Dark having different faces is basically being the core detail of the series, even in the original on the Nintendo 64, the regional covers are different, and they are also are very different what she actually looks like in the game. The gameboy one is the second game of the franchise.

It’s had two installments. The first for the Nintendo 64, which plays like GoldenEye because it was made by the same people. The second was a sequel and launch title for the 360 in 2005. It was not well received.

So I might be in the minority here, but I played Perfect Dark N64 somewhat as a kid and it just did not click with me. It obviously reminded me of GoldenEye (which I did indeed fall in love with) but Idk why as a kid PD didn't appeal to me. Of course i was younger back then so maybe i didn't understand certain aspects but can someone please give me some insight into what the popularity factor of this series is all about? Im genuinely curious 🧐

It was essentially goldeneye but with newer mechanics and a bad ass story to save the earth from an alien invasion

This is an interesting game. It looks more akin to a reboot like Tomb Raider 2013 (probably since its the same team) than a title continuing the old games. If they play their cards right, it could still be a great big budget Bond-esque game.

A reboot is the only thing that makes sense here! Go back to the n64 game. The story concludes at the end of the game. Zero was a prequel to that. But with how badly it performed and how long ago it was released, it would make no sense to try and continue that storyline.

Agreed. Also, I’d think they would want to at least work this game into a trilogy with all the work they’ve been doing on its assets and combat style. Really hoping it finds a new audience. I’ll definitely be buying an Xbox for this game.
