Its happened with me yesterday, i joined a lead generation internship later they gave me a target for form filling. However, i agree but its takes me 2-3 days to generate {30} customer but after joining within 2-3 hours, they ask me about 10-15 leads/forms filling.... Im be like what, how can someone generate much leads at this rate... In few min , i realised this is not sales or lead intership, its just affiliate marketing ( ik because i worked in this field in lockdown 😅) .... After this all i realised that, then i refused to continue my work.... ( For boys , these companies always comes with females telecallers so, buttery bato m mt ana )

i also joined the DELP dubuddy internship and they did the same. they asked us to forward their messages about marketing them. They paid only once that too just 50 rupees and then they stopped and didn't even provide any certificate. I thought dubuddy is a genuine name but they did the same scam.

Those companies which follows proper procedure of recruitment like taking interviews, proper screening thats the correct fs....and with proper procedure of offer letter and contracts even if it is a lead generation or business dev ops intern

There are a lot of rounds that you have to go through in miss freshers contest… but the last one on one Q/A round revolves around.. Women empowerment, Society as a whole, Environmental issues and your opinions on it, and other generic questions like if you could meet anyone from the past/present who would it be and why.. Or something related to initiatives that you can take as a leader etc. I mean anything that comes up in their mind vo pucha jaata hai

It could be a genuine company, look for the job description, company’s profile and what they are asking you to do. Secondly, if they EVER ask you to pay anything… ki 500 reg fees hai or any sort of fees DO NOT PAY Else, hoping for the bestt Good luck
