I stopped eating chicken about 5 years ago because I realized it was causing me to have cold sores all the time. I started eating a lot more raw spinach and other raw vegetables and the cold sores literally disappeared. Eat more greens and nuts Thereafter I cut out most meats and only ate fish and some other seafoods. It’s quite difficult to get in all the vitamins and minerals needed daily for a healthy lifestyle without some kind of supplemental intake. Still a work in progress. Constantly improving. Fasting has been great.

I'm 76 days on grapes now. I've been on this fruit detox working on reversing Cerebral Palsy symptoms. My last detox over the summer I made so much improvement. This current detox is much deeper. I plan on going 4 months on grapes and I'd like to speak about my journey of improving my Cerebral palsy spastic deplegia symptoms one day.

You are right Tony I know a lot of vegans who have died either from cancer or heart attacks! Dr. Afrika died a while back and he was a vegan. But we are what we eat -so I make sure the food I eat will benefit my body. Even the meat I eat is grass fed or pasture raised eggs. But that works for me...

I first saw Tony Browder on the Rock Newman show. He literally opened my eyes to alot of things that I didn't know about. Things that I've always questioned but never really heard of anyone talking about them. Specifically the story about Jesus and Mary. As far as meat when cooked to a certain temp is cancerous, I am definitely lookin into that.

First got exposed to his work in prison. Most of what I learned about our history I learned in prison. In public school I was never exposed to any Black leaders beyond MLK, Frederick Douglass, Harriet Tubman. Peace to them but we have many Black scholars who have never been recognized by the powers that be.

I’m enjoying the info presented in this interview! I admit feeling guilty for my food choices of late. I was a vegan for 6 months and I enjoyed it. I backslid 2 years ago & I’m struggling w/ poor food choices. I did a 3 day water only fast at the beginning of this month which made me so proud. & I’ve been doing fire breathing or qigong most mornings to move the energy from root upward. Dr. Browder’s point about discipline really hit home 🙏🏾
