Might, even, our own higher self, the part of us that never separated from God/source even as the rest of us has this incarnated experience, be our own inner guru, manifesting as other people the mentors and guides it knows we need to grow and strengthen our souls?

So your base emotion wen your with your guru is part of you wants to run away, part of you wants to fall in his feet and be there forever! contradiction is key element when you are with your guru. To add what Sadguru mentioned about Nakshatra and Padas. Every being on this planet is born in any one of the combinations. So the 108 repetition of the mantra, for instance, covers the welfare of the entirety of existing "beings". I was not aware of the diameter and that many chakras. Thanks, Sadhguru. This seems to be in the danger of just seeing what we want. We could make a case that all numbers repeat. 4? We have 4 limbs and 4 seasons and 4 quarters on a clock. 5 we have that many fingers and toes and we could say we have 5 stages of life; infant, child, teen, adult, old age. All numerology can do this… I don’t disbelieve in the power of numbers, as they are the one true undeniable objective language. But you see what I’m saying?

Note that there are '108° (108 degrees! ) in each angle in a 'Pentagon' which has 5 x 108 degrees ! Note that there are 180 ° in a Triangle (3 angles or sides) and 360 ° in a Square (4 angles or sides)...3 squared + 4 squared ='s 5 squared (formula credited to Pythagoras), but look number of degrees in a Triangle (3) ='s (180) +number of degrees in a square (4) (360) also equals number of degrees in a Pentagon (5) ....the sum of 3 sided equilateral ( 180) + the sum of a 4 sided square (360) ='s 5 sided Pentagon of 540° (5 ....108 degrees or the number of degrees in each of the Pentagon's angle . Ofcourse. Beetroot and spinach are very good for health , not just in spirituality. Beetroot generates blood count , and enhances it's quality, and spinach is rich in vitamins and minerals which help in enhancing the body functions and help in detoxification of body. But artificial drinks like pepsi , coca cola , etc are not very good for body because it contains huge caffeine and it's an element which degrades and reduces body mechanism , lowers the active functioning of body or slows down the body process . That is why , they are like boosters , enhance for very limited time , then , it reduces your body functioning , u become lazy , tired and lose your active spirit of life. Please continue food with natural life , not artificial made stuff. Life will evolve and be enhanced by a very high intensity. It will be beneficial for you. Try :) Also , take ashgourd juice as an added great edible for high energy life :)
