I love the concept he explains and I want to pursue this career too The work is from 9:00 to 23:00 (14h) but how much hours are put in effective work? In this example he has 2h for lunch 1h for gym so he works 11h straight?

@@nunziosabino8895 2 years later and can say i work in the industry now! A lot of work can only be done after having received crucial information that you mostly receive at close of business from other depts. Therefore sometimes you can take longer brakes but have to catch up deep in the night

Breathe into your abdominals first and sit back a bit before you pull your Deadlift. Don't think of the movement like a U shape. Think of it like you're stuck inside a telephone booth and the only way out is up. Good luck! :)

We fail to realize that banks are commercial enterprises that are driven by greed as well. The over-leveraging of assets by banks starting in 2020 was one of the factors that led to SVB's collapse. I've never felt secure keeping a large sum of money in a bank. In other words, I invest through my financial advisor, reap the benefits, and then spend the money.
