Gragas feels invincible under tower. I've only ever seen this Gragas die once under tower.

Could a mpen tank build work on Gragas? Something like Luden’s/Sorc Shoes/Abyssal/Frozen Heart/Cosmic/Seraph’s Lots of pen, still a decent amount of ability haste, and a ton of bulk

That has only 2-3ish HP items so the bulky-ness would be a little less and it'll be fine as a damage build with some bulk. But it won't be TANKY Tank. I think abyssal + sorc into a tank build is pretty good too, but then you have to get CDR from other items somehow. Preferably HP/resist items. But Replace ludens with RoA and it'll be extremely Tanky.... If you can afford the items.

​@@kechidonick heartsteel too expensive and demonic embrace has no CDR. Evenshroud is 2300g or so. Much cheaper with ability haste/hp/armor/mr.
