I work at a department store now and I cry daily to see the thousand of products that people get everyday that are unconsciously buying for absolutely no reason other than being influenced by someone! The amount of plastic in each store in so many stores around the world and we are sleeping walking not seeing the damage that we are all doing to ourselves. Specifically woman we are poor because we been sold the idea that we need millions of products to look, smell, and feel wonderful just to slowly kill us and make us poor.

I'm highly sensitive to chemicals and EMFs. My liver was damaged as an unborn baby by my mother who was a hairdresser in the 1960s. She had cirrhosis of the liver and she never drank alcohol. The hairdressing chemicals ruined her health and made me hyper sensitive to my environment. I have been on this exact same journey changing everything in my life to organic and safe as much as possible. My body's 'toxic load' was overwhelmed at around the age of 38 and from then on my whole life changed. Great advice here in this video. There are a few more things to add - don't use microwave ovens they kill your food and emit a lot of EMFs. Use an ethernet cable from wifi router to computer and cover your router in a EMF blocking cage or fabric. Aluminium is not a good choice for anything to do with cooking. Cheaper stainless steel is good for cooking saucepans and also water bottles. I only eat and drink from glass. Try to get rid of the plastic in your life. Be very very careful with home treatment pesticides and fertilisers and house paint. There are lots of ways to 'detox' the body but some chemicals the human body cannot move out and they get stored in places like, brain, bone, cartilage, blood, other organs - almost everywhere. Multiple Chemical Sensitivity is an illness - it can be triggered by trauma like a car accident or it may be an exposure to a chemical or to mold. Mold is a big one for making people sensitive to chemicals - it changes the body's structure. Most regular doctors are not up to speed with this illness caused by modern living. We need to change our world. Thank you Darin and Andre.

I stopped buying toxic cleaning products in the 1980's after seeing reports of Agent Orange. It just made sense to me. I mostly wear 100% cotton. Perfumes are allowed to have two unidentified ingredients that can be anything! Think about that. They call the perfume industry a "self regulating" industry. What industry regulates itself? They pass on the risk to consumers for higher profits. Just because it doesn't feel toxic at the time doesn't mean it isn't.

My 93 year old husband and I catch the fish we eat, or get it from family members that catch theirs to share. We eat Venison, elk and meat grown by farmers here in America without chemicals, antibiotics, and only grass fed. Our water is from our well, with no chemicals or fluoride. I'm about to pouch a trout we caught in northern California over the weekend. The problem I have is the EMF's. I've always been careful with cell phone use. I use the speaker phone or plugged in without wireless. I have our TV, and computer hooked by routers. I don't use Bluetooth unless there is no choice in an emergency. I pray for my adult children and grandchildren. I have warned them about cell phone use, do's and don'ts. My husband had a flip phone until it could not be used once our county changed to 4/5g. I take several nutrients and supplements to help counteract the junk around us. I have an outdoor humidifier I fill with 1/2 white vinegar and water which dissipate the chemicals in our sky. The "clouds: are gone within an hour or so which our fruit trees and vegetables love as they receive more "sunshine". Remember when our Sun was Yellow and smaller? Now it's hidden behind a large white glowing blob that sends large rays seen in every camera lens. God bless everyone. I love you all in Christ. Hugs from a happy 69 year old Grammy.

Many of those 'Old Folk' aren't finding it a bed of roses but keep taking the heart/bloodpressure/pain killers etc etc etc and make 'THEM' a fortune. Many old folk who can no longer do the things they loved or even feel needed, some cruel people/family around them take the mickey get impatient because they are slower, cant hear clearly and so miss conversations. On family gatherings they get shoved on a chair somewhere and think its okay just to check if 'nan or grandad' are okay whilst they go in the other room with the others laughing, joking etc etc etc. THAT is hardly living merely existing. If they are on state pension (that generation would have worked hard to pay for such a pension theyd find is shameful to get benefits/handouts. NOT that there was any in their day). When they finally expect in return, the money they have religiously be paying in for their retirement (that our greedy politicians have already squandered) ending up in care homes where the cost for that far outweighs any drugs THEN they introduce MIDAZOLAM/REMDISEVIR (apparently what they have been administering freely during lockdown, the 3/4 years the WORLD was fooled/hoodwinked/conned into taking part sadly the elderly had no choice 😢). Powerful & important. As I age I find bread & pasta made from wheat flour that has a lot of gluten causes inflammation and illness. Caused me to have swelling in my body especially legs, and mini stroke. That was enough. I had to change my diet. When I was young it did not seem to affect me. Have they added more gluten to the flour? Or something else that seems innocent to the average consumer? We don’t really know what is put in food. Yes they must list ingredients but can hide some ingredients with words. I find the best food is home cooking by a good cook and whole fresh foods. I support this video. Take responsibility for your own health by watching what you eat. I feel so good now by changing my diet. Like I am 20 again. Veggies, fruit, protein, & homemade products made with lentil flour, oat flour or chickpea flour. I don’t miss any of the past food I use to eat. My body is healing. Take care of yourself. No one else will.

Corporations have hybridized the wheat so it can withstand Roundup--which it is sucking up into the wheat and then we digest it. Processed wheat is very addictive because it turns into sugar in our bodies. It is extremely important to try to get wheat that has not been hybridized, like ancient grains, or loaded with pesticides. I love your use of bean and oat flour and will start looking for some recipes for those. I have found that at an older age, my digestive system seems to demand whole grains, like oats, quinoa and rice which are prebiotics.

Great info. I ,myself could write a book on things I`ve come across ,like how important it is to READ LABELS, when grocery shopping.I worked with a gal that had such terrible headaches that she was getting injections for the pain. I made a chart of foods containing MSG, and preservatives for her to avoid. Cured her headaches immediately. It took me ten years of my own headaches to figure this out. The reason it was tricky to solve is because the headaches wouldn`t start for about five or six hours after consumption .but would last the whole next day.

For sure!! Was organic home made food only, vegan for 4 years. Totally destroyed my health! Leaky gut from oxalate poisoning from all the plant foods. Also messed up my hormones, no endurance, always weak and hungry. Also caused horrible inflammation. Healed myself through a more Carnivore based diet. Carnivore all the way! Need to have a strength and endurance competition. Vegans VS the Carnivores.... carnivores win hands down

My question is this. If companies are allowed to sell us harmful stuff at a cheaper price and not tell us the truth, then how do we know that the Organic products we buy are telling the truth? If other companies are unregulated to a degree then why are organic unconventional companies watched so closely and made to prove it? Why are we having to show that something is good for us and pay a higher price for it? Honestly the cheaper conventional stuff is only a few cents less than organic because of the cost of everything just buy organic and pray its authentic.

This was terrific! Darin has some beautiful and incredible solutions. And, this was not such a deviation from the other conversations you’ve had! Far from it. It was very much aligned with your “Know Thyself” podcasts. I’m excited to see Robert Edward Grant get involved in supporting Darin Olien. Won’t that be magical. Plastic to black carbon and then to glycine (for batteries). You were spectacular as always, in guiding the conversation. I feel so moved by your work and to comment each time so you are encouraged to continue. Thank you!

Wow. So much to take in. I only knew a tiny bit of the info. I had no idea how bad it is, how toxic my own environment is in my home. I just bought a dry steam cleaner so I can use it to clean without chemicals as well as kill pests of all kinds and viruses/bacteria. Low moisture, high pressure steam can be used without any cleaning compounds/detergents to safely clean almost everything although some surfaces are more easily damaged. Key is to not linger in one spot too long and use one that has a built in boiler. I’m buying mine from a company called VAPOR CLEAN. I’ve been doing a ton of research on dry steam cleaning and companies that make the cleaners and it’s my top recommendation. Plan on making videos of unboxing it when it arrives in a few days and then of using it to clean my apartment from floor to ceiling as well as clean my van, my clothing, furniture, etc. I got an Indian Meal moth infestation I’ve been battling for two + years, and also mites and now carpet beetles which have ruined my couch and recliner despite vacuuming and using baking soda, borax, diatomaceous earth, essential oils including cedar wood & clove, tea tree, eucalyptus, lavender and others mixed in a spray bottle with 1 part white vinegar and 2 to 3 parts water and 10-15 drops of the various oils. Got rid of card board boxes, paper products, etc and put all my food in fridge and freezer or it goes in half pint up to half gallon sized glass mason jars with air tight sealed lids or is in an airtight jar or a can when I buy it. Meal worm larvae can carve their way through even Tupperware or Rubbermaid plastic as well as heavy duty tin foil in search of food. Moths lay eggs every where that hatch into larvae that eat everything we do including meat, candy, gum, fruits & vegies but especially love all grains from bread to oatmeal to pasta and more then go crawl in cracks and crevices (like behind cabinets on the wall, electrical outlets, nooks and crannies you can’t vacuum), and form a pupa shell that impervious to chemicals, pesticides or essential oils, etc for up to 10 months then hatch out at intervals not all at once, breed then lay up to 1000 eggs during the next week or two as moths. Pheromone traps will attract many but not all, mostly the males so the females keep laying more eggs and they are impossible to see. I live alone and am disabled but have done everything and I’ve worn myself out trying to battle them and thrown out so much food and had to spend a lot of money on essential oils and vinegar and trash bags and bags & filters for my 6 gallon shop vac and glass mason jars and even bought a chest freezer to be able to freeze dry food (takes 4-5 days to kill them in below 32 degrees, 3 days in a 20 degree chest freezer). And I’ve double bagged in ziploc bags food I’ve bought at the store before putting it in my vehicle and sprayed the bags with ESO/vinegar/water mixture just to be able to bring inside and put it away in the fridge or freezer or transfer it to a mason jar. And I’ve had to vacuum my clothing & spray myself/my clothing/my vehicle interior before going to stores to make sure I don’t carry eggs/larvae on me unknowingly. I’m sick to death of meal moths and carpet beetles, mites and their eggs and larvae controlling my life. I don’t go anywhere or visit anyone or let people come visit me. So steam clean (280 degrees low moisture steam) it is.

It is obvious. Just not to most Westerners, since they are raised ignorant of natural laws. Westerners are raised to CONSUME mindlessly, get into debt through inflated self entitlement, and practice no self discipline. Many are proud of their poor decisions, obesity and illnesses! It’s bizarre to me…
