Fun fact: the Sukup family, the boosters who funded the South end zone club you entered, made their money in farm equipment - specifically grain bins, grain dryers, pre-fab metal buildings. As an homage to their business, the bars in the club look a bit like… grain bins. 3:29

Pete Taylor is definitely a microphone...he was the radio broadcast guy for ISU football and basketball for many years before he passed away (our current legend, John Walters, has filled his shoes since that day).

the cyhawk trophy you saw was for the overall series for all sports. in 2023 iowa did win the football game, but ISU won more in all the other sports

My dad and grandma are from Ames and my dad went to Ames high school. My grandma was also a teacher for 3rd grade and she taught Harrison Barnes and I actually got to meet him in person. He’s a very cool person. I am a Iowa fan but Iowa state is where my family is from so I gotta cheer for them sometimes lol
