I think I've said this already somewhere, but... This song, as well the IC songs, has something addicting, non-American, non-Western World characteristics mixed into pure traditional rock & metal. I think it might be coming out from some Romanian musical tradition (the Doina? etc.). It makes all more personal, more interesting. And yes, that melancholy hits well to me. The guitar solo… I liked a lot, because it was run mostly in rock-blues style/genre, but the song itself was more like metal music. And the solo suited here very well! It was cool to have rock-blues solo in such a metal song, without sounding absurd at all! I am a fan of Andreea’s voice; it’s range & power & sound. This time it was so good from her to show also the tender, sweet side in the beginning and in the end. So, she’s got that style too.
