I know he's in the service industry, but the bartender at the end seemed like such a genuinely charming guy, and you could tell that (although he never drank the product) he took pride in his work and seemed happy to be on video. I'm with the "moral police", as wicked as it may sound, because people will see and hear about foreigners giving money and soon there's others taking for granted that they can come and beg and try to rip you off.. it's part of why tourist destinations are what they are and it's a problem everywhere in the world, not just India. Donate to a charity if you want to help the needy, that's why they exist

Amazing video! Loved every minute of it except at the end when I saw that look in your face. I suffered brutal heatstroke and I had that same exact look and feel. Man I’m glad you seemed to pull through in the end because sometimes with heatstroke you get beyond the point of no return. I had in south east Asia and it snuck up on me very suddenly. This was perhaps the best video Harald has posted so far. I liked that kid help him get the cycle, that lady selling that strange concoction on the street using very traditional vessels. Trading that cycle to another heap of junk by paying more money for it. Those people have got money by not asking for it. And Harald is having fun giving his money to these poor people.
