Not really close.That loneliness cover was pretty bad. Flash of a blade was pretty good though

A bit disappointing… Because they are usually pretty good.They should have practised this 1 far more. Opening riff and middle melodies before the solos were somewhat disjointed and heavy-handed.This songs melodies are very delicate and not easy, which is why you shouldn't attempt it until you can replicate these sections particularly Good solos though

Guess how many times Maiden has played TLOTLDR? I'm glad I got to hear a rare Maiden song live. Sounded fine to me. Are you comparing this performance to sheet music/tablature and/or the studio/album version?

@@Hybrid196x There is a live version from maiden's original tour and Adrian plays the opening riff very delicately and fluidly, much better than this performance.Cover bands also often struggle with it, so I'm not saying it's easy, because it is very delicate.Both Adrian and Dave did the middle melodies very close to the original.I think maybe it's because the new girl is finding her way, because Courtney probably would have done it much better. *I hold them to a high standard, because I think they do better versions of a couple of tracks than maiden do themselves e.g.: sea of madness
