Wrastor having the ability to ledge-hog after a fair string gimp is not okay

I mean that fleet could’ve lived that if they didn’t up special immediately. Fleet has lots of recovery options even with the double jump spent. Could go low and float -> reverse down special -> wall jump -> air dodge up -> up special. You can recover from deep like that and up special has hitboxes that must be respected too
