I don't agree, a mediocre Rex or Giga is going to get destroyed by a pack of low or mid-tiers. Spino is OP, it's also not meant for survival. Otherwise, I think the Rex and Giga are relatively balanced all things considered.

Rex 5800 mass / 6500 HP 1.2K dmg- 1 bites of Rex in any T4 is ~ 2k dmg! Sucho 3600 mass / hp 360 dmg - If a Giga bites you is 1254 (3 bites and you are dead), if a Rex bites you is 1933 dmg (2 bites) Allo 2800 mass / hp 300 dmg-If a Giga bites you is 1622 dmg (2 bites), If a Rex bites you is 2485 (1 bite) Don't forget that 1 Giga bite on a similar sized animal is 2 drops of bleed And Rex has a ~ 70% chance of breaking a leg (animals similar in size to him-the probability increases in smaller animals). Well "balanced". HP / dmg / mass speak for themselves.
