I really loved how Sky Kingdom games handled the increased shipping cost. They were completely honest and upfront, and very politely asked for help. I (and lots of other people) immediately donated or bought the art prints. I'm sure some people couldn't afford to, or were not willing, but I believe (and hope) that Sky Kingdom's great approach and huge amount of content convinced many people to support them.

Art Prints are Digital. Perfect for your computer or phone wallpaper. So they don't require any physical storage space.

I late pledged on this ages ago and had been thinking that maybe I really didn't need another campaign game but wow, that is impressive?! My doubts have been blown out of the water! I missed the original campaign but just ordered it along with the playmat from their web store. I rarely play solo or 2-player games, but the production of this one blew me away. If nothing else, it will look good beside my Trove Chest! 😄

Hi, Might be a dumb question...but if I didn t like Tainted grail due to the combat (not enough nervous), customization limites for my taste and travel mechanic... would isofarian guards be more for me ? Don t get me wrong did 1 book of tainted grail to try it for real and the story is really epic but it simply isn't clicking enough to continue 😶‍🌫️ Ps do the mat fits in this back breaking boxe 😂 ?

I’m guessing it will be less. $160 is more than double what the base game cost on the KS (add reasons for that here…) doesn’t seem to include Fortuneteller (+$15) and the Playmat is another $30, so to the US, $50 shipping, you’re looking at over $250. I’d assume a reprint would get better prices, granted you’d have to wait longer obviously.

I doubt the price will go down since that original KS price was way too low for all the improvements and additions they made during the campaign and the $160 is far more realistic for what you're getting with the final version and with what production costs are like now. Of course if prices in general go down that would be a different story, but looking at how they were looking at a loss from this KS (admittedly with shipping costs being part of the problem, but those are also related to how much bigger and heavier the game turned out to be), I doubt they'll be able to sell it for a lower price.. This is a lot of game!

I find that The neoprene map even though looking gorgeous is not cool because it can never be stored together with the game box, and thus is inconvenient and a nightmare to bring with you when traveling because need separate storage a clumsy almost one-meter-long cylinder box ... unless you don't mind destroying them by folding them into the box and creating creases!

@@knighthawk3749 Yeah to the board game convention we have several times a year, and true not with this particular game that is co-op and requires a long campaign, you would not take this type of game, but something that can be played over the weekend... But I was talking about neoprenes in general ... I have it with several games such as Frostpunk, Long Winter, Mosaic, and so on ... and the reality is they are all a nightmare even to store it at home and make sure they don't get damaged and creased ... Mosaic one is absolutely stunning but sadly arrived creased and I tried everything from ironing to stretching ... nothing works :(
