This definitely needs clarity, the fact that Andrew Wommack and others talk of the (the) measure of Faith and John Paul talks of (a) measure of Faith; we need the spirit to tell us which is right

Because of the verse which says that our faith can perish under trial, as it is being replenished, I believe that JPJ is right, since faith can increase and decrease, and doesn't remain constant. By reading God's word or experiencing His goodness, our focus on Him can result in an increase in faith. Therefore the measure of faith is variable.

Well Lazarus and the boy in the coffin were both dead for days - so they weren’t asleep Lazarus was decaying 4 days in a tomb and he called them from the gave.. so idk about that concept-there is more to it
