The biggest issue with ranked is not being able to play any ranked games once you reach platinum and above on middle east server. Yeah sure you can play ranked in build and easily get lobbies but zero build ranked in middle east has been dead from the very beginning. I was really hyped for ranked but it's so disappointing specially because you get so many bots in unranked.

The Llama back bling let's you pick any one you have unlocked. I too wish that's how the ranked rewards worked as well.

I still think it's odd how I have the styles I unlocked last season but I gotta redo the quests, like let's say I already have the blue style from last season, I'll have to do that quest again instead of carrying my progression over.

@@Sayntzz I get that frustration. I think they want people to be able to earn it in one season to make ot harder to earn the higher back blings. I think they are just trying to give people more time to earn them. At least we earn xp when we unlock them again I guess.

I think they can indeed open the Etidestyle if you unlock a certain rank. and every time you level up you unlock that editing style

Exactly. This incentivises most people to not play ranked as they want to keep the style they are locked to, so we NEED it to be edit styles instead of being forced

Fully agree, we have the llama head, they could just as easily made these permanent edit variations. Real bummed that I unlocked this glider and can't get the gold variant that was promoted, despite being Diamond tier ranked.

I'm kinda sad that you can't select the colour of these gliders. Say you do grind your way to unreal, you can't select to display any alternate rank colour version currently.

I also wish you could change the style of the items because I personally like the gold glider more than the silver or demand. The problem now is that every time I play ranked it says there is a problem and it will update when it's ready but it never does.

this isnt really related to the ranked cosmetics but i hope they add a cosmetic rarity for skins from movies, series and similar things, since theres a lot of those in the game right now and they're just scattered in the normal rarities, also since gaming legends exists so why not a video legends or something along those lines

They should have stuck with the Auric/Galaxy theme they usually have for battlepasses for the higher tiers. Instead of just plain metal that's hard to tell apart they could easily fix it with glowing or 3d effects.

I prefer it shows the highest rank you ever got. Ex: My highest is Platinum. But I'm rank silver in Fortnite OG. And I still received the Platinum glider. And backbling.

Exactly. I never tend not to go above silver even if I can because that's the colorscheme I tend to want. This might be the first season I attempt to get to Unreal because I like how it looks on the Sky blades.

eh, I like it- it lets you show off what you obtained *this season* what I *really* wish is brightburn would come back. id be cool with it *if what it did was let you pick between any rank you unlocked this season* ; say, if you're plat, you can pick between bronze, silver, gold and plat- etc, but it still resets *every season* these items are cool because of that exclusivity and that ability to see what rank someone got, yee some of the colors are too similar but I feel like whats needed there is an update to the colors or different aura glows around em, and not just letting everybody use any which color they unlocked at any which point. that would kinda make them lame honestly, and take away the thing they really got going for them. choosing between any rank you unlocked for the current season would be fine because if anything you still had to get it, and youre downgrading your brag so to speak, but if you could load in day one into unranked lobbies with an unreal tag.. thatd be stupid, yah its *annoying* sure, but it also gives more meaning to getting higher rank, if they did that I feel like anybody with drive to do it for that reason, would only ever do it one time, and never play rank again. season one ranked was too fekin slow and annoying, made it hard to mix casual play with ranked and still get the rewards. this new survive circles thing thats not outrageous is nicer

For the first time since Ranked was added, I’ve been playing the mode and grinding through the tiers. I’ve just reached diamond and I can’t wait for the backbling and glider to finally be fixed so I can showcase my tier :)

im really sad these are bugged rn, i just reached platinum and i want to show it off on my glider/back bling but theyre bugged and stuck on silver from last season. i wish they did styles as i would really want to do gold for the glider in some gold combo. i want to grind out champion because elite looks extremely similar to silver on the glider.

The ranked cosmetics also dont correctly show your ranked in creative mode for whatever reason. It just defaults to bronze.

I find it funny that the skyblades use nearly the same color for bronze and gold, the only difference being the tips of the skyblades.

Rocket league does that with comp rewards.. you are granted all lower styles up to your highest rank… so you have options to run all styles!! Then you can run all bronze stuff and sandbag opponents! 😂😂

I got champion on zero build. Then i started playing build and got elite. Now my cosmetics are elite not champion. I thought it would of stayed champion because its higher than elite. You don't know what you're talking about.... The "Prized Llama" Backbling doesn't reset. (I got mythic last season, and I still have it today.) The only thing that happens is Epic re-enables the challenges for those who either haven't obtained the "Prized Llama" Backbling, or people who want a chance to unlock higher styles then they previously reached, last season.
