I have the Complete DVD Box Set but only use DVDs in my car (listen to, not to watch/view). THANK YOU for finally posting the full episodes here. We still want that reunion movie ;D The IT Dept. going to an IT conference, Matthew Berry included somehow or whatever. Some things are better left as they were.

We learn tonality in negotiations. And they teach assertive, accommodating and analytic tones. And these actors did a fantastic job.

I was IT inside the Air Force. It wasn’t my full-time job because I was actually a radio technician, but I got trained and I would fix computer and network problems when I wasn’t busy doing other things so I didn’t get the full environment, but they worked in the same squad as me. We were completely full of ourselves when the Internet started and everyone depended on us.

I ran a small IT department for a couple of months for the 2010 census in southern Illinois, but it was all guys and most of my users were walking around with portable computers, so it wasn’t exactly the same.

The only time I really dealt with the IT crowd was in staff meetings when all of the branches were around. I would handle the customers that had telephone, radio, or airfield system problems, and there was another branch that did the data infrastructure

It was absolutely awesome knowing about computers in the 80s and 90s and working in the field up until the point that viruses became an issue and everyone had one on the desk and then it became a complete pain in the behind. Lol

I love this show. Terrific cast, even through changes, great and deep writing, I think I’ve watched the whole of the series through at least 6 times now. Now I AM a 60 year-old IT nerd (“Apple Registered Consultant” lol) so that may have something to do with it.

America tried to re-make it. There is a pilot floating around somewhere - featuring Richard, and just him, from the original cast, for some reason! And it is absolutely atrocious and tonally off, even though the script is WORD-FOR-WORD of what I could manage to sit through. Not a drop of the original warmth, joy and sincerity.
