As funny as this is, it also demonstrates the extreme double standard that exists in sexual assault situations. If the masseuse had kissed Jen on the arse, she wouldn't have been laughing, the police would've been called, and Graham Linehan would've been canceled (again) for making a joke out of the situation.

The first episode of the IT crowd where I didn't laugh once. That's unheard of. Clearly by series 4 they were starting to run out of ideas. That was a really weak episode and a waste of time. After so many brilliant, side-splittingly funny episodes there was this one - no plotlines, poor writing, two weak stories about Roy being kissed on the bottom and Jen dating a keyboard player which went absolutely nowhere at all. Utter rubbish. 0/10, where most of the other episodes were 8/10

Even in your simple minded way you should realize comedy originates from tragedy. Thats why its so effective in dealing with tough stuff. But hey understanding that would prevent you from virtue signalling. Chaplin made a comedy about Nazis, Holocaust survivors made comedy about it, Monty Python touched near every horrible topic and its possible the best comedy ever written. Get a life looser.

I agree with your message, but I'm not sure I agree with the opinion on the episode. Is anyone actually mocking Roy? I mean, Jen, but she's a bad person. The joke is HOW Roy talks, and in the end he gets an ovation for speaking up. I'm not gonna say it's subtle or anything, but I don't think the victim is being mocked here
