I heard that the reason Glenn doesn't have any similarity in name to Dennis like Charlie (Charlie Day) and Mac (Rob McElhenney) do is that he doesn't feel particularly associative with the character. So it makes sense that he'd make that correction. He absolutely nails the character though!

The new season is... okay. I like the return to simplicity and (relative) groundedness. The writing isn't as strong as earlier seasons and the jokes miss more than they land. But it's good to see them again regardless.

@@kidwave1 i agree…Mac’s voice sounds different now too which throws me off. Charlie’s the only one who kinda looks the same. And Frank. But most of all the new material just isnt that funny. It has a few moments but overall its nowhere near what it used to be. The podcast is litterally funnier than the show now…how can that be? Just them being themselves is hilarious…are they trying too hard? The last apisode (episode 3) I thought was a great topic (curses and bad omens)…I think if that was done in thier prime it could’ve been a hilarious epide…but they dropped the ball
