This has been my build since the start of the item nerf patch. Not only does this thing heal you and give you tankiness, it also basically gives you a free crit on your first auto vs everyone, and since Zed builds a lot of lethality and AD, that first auto just oneshots squishies (because if you ult someone that auto damage is multiplied once again).

Earlier this season Onzed actually made two separate builds for zed and one has tanky setup with sundered sky, shojin and eclipse iirc. Guess he was also gimmicking.

Sundered sky is amazing with full bruiser/conqueror, I play it top when the matchup allows. Zed is probably the best sundered user in the game, his kit works so well with the item.

Tbh. Darius and vi both are very very good too. Since Sundered sky is a guaranteed critical. And Darius W and Vi E both Can Fully critically strike. Darius W with Sundered sky crit does 280%total ad Dmg. Especially with Passive stacked. 1K + crits. And Darius is a funny man with 40% free armor pen on E.

Hey brother loved your videos as always. I have to ask tho why you prefer first strike than electrocute . I only use electrocute 9 out of 10 games and sometimes conquer. And now i am in 85% win rate in masters with zed

I think he said First Strike since you really want those item spikes as Zed, so you tend to be more consistent because you get to those spikes faster and easier. But I also find Electrocute more enjoyable.

I am wondering why you activate sunder then use R in some situation when you are full health. Would it be more beneficial to R then activate sunder to get more damage on the R ?

Sometimes you can kill your opponent with WEQ + AA (if it's a squishy one) so that's always the goal. If you don't kill them they might flash or run away so you can always use ultimate to follow after. It's besically the safest Zed combo that's why.

Seems like any HP ad item might have saved you enough in the first example. You healed 130, your lowest hp was 142. Unless the guaranteed crit is what gave you the kill there. So cleaver, shojin, chemsword, etc. might have performed just as well there. Wonder if even Deaths dance would have let you live and escape with more hp healed / dmg mitigated. Or edge of night might have mitigated dianas first hit on you for 250 dmg, and offer more in damage overall.

Yeah there no point to play full assasin except only fun oneshots bc you bet everything on one chip. Just one tanky item gives much more dps and 500 hp. Bruiser items is just a joke.
