the black leather cover is beautiful, and how lovely that it can accommodate the A6 HON! I love your idea of incorporating the spirit of the Traveler Notebook with the elastic and charms so much! 🤩 Now I'm inspired to try something similar one day! thank you for sharing!

Thanks! I was super excited it fit the hon as well! There is sometimes very slight overhang (if I put my weekly supplement and graph notebook in it as well) but I think with the elastic band and just using it over time, it will get a better fit!

I haven't seen anyone get the classic Black leather cover. I was debating to get this...for a 2nd order 🤭 . I already did 1 big order still to come, I got the Water Green A6 Leather cover and I ordered the A6 Crecent Moon HON also. Glad to see it fits in the cover. Thanks for sharing. They look great together.

Great selections !!!! Thank you for mentioning the elastic band. For 2025, I bought Hobonichi’s yellow Fish Scale Crest cover and it does not stay closed with or without a planner/notebook inside - very disappointed/shocked that they would sell a product like this.

Such a beautiful leather planner. Thanks for the close up and sharing. One thing to consider, you mentioned that you would rip out pages of your A6 graph notebook for extra notes to place in your A6 HON. If you don't want to do that and mess up your notebook, remember Hobonichi sells the Hobonichi Memo Pad set for A6, and there are 3 memo pads in each; yellow, blue and gray. They are perforated making it easy to rip out for important notes. Just something for you to consider. Happy planning!

Yes! I had kept going back and forth between the notebook and the memo pad set but ended up deciding on the notebook bc I wanted any pages I take out to match more closely with the size of the A6 Hon. When looking at the dimensions, it seemed the memo pad is a lot smaller. But if taking pages out of the notebook ends up too difficult will most likely default to the memo pad set instead!
