Saw Geils at the Garden in like 79. Tall boys and a sliver flask of Crown flowing, and a packed fat vial of the best yeyo I have ever did. Best concert ever. Was absolute toast.

I was at this show. They broke up before I got a chance to see them live. When I heard they were getting back to together to open the HOB, I flew from California just to see it. I felt like I was at a classic JGB show from back in the day. Peter Wolf is the best front man of any rock band, ever. How did 17 people give this video a thumbs down?

Being from Worcester, Ma., we'd see J. Geils live playing at every college, auditorium, and the old Boston Garden countless times. Went to 2 New Years Eve J. Geils concerts. Blow Your Face Out.

My very first concert was when I went to see J. Geils Band at the Hampton Roads Coliseum on Sunday, October 27, 1974. They were headlining the show. The package was, Golden Earring; Earth Wind& Fire and J Geils. It was a great show!

This isn't in an arena, but it's awesome!! Arena rock is usually worse. First, because the sound at the venue is bad, and second, because the band is usually unfocused, distracted, and sloppy. I don't hear any sloppy playing at this small venue!! 😊

The announcer is famous Boston DJ and Peter Wolf's good friend Charles Daniels - "The Master Blaster" who was partners with Peter on WBCN radio and named Peter Wolf "Woofa Goofa". He announced the Boston Tea Party shows. R.I.P to a Boston music cornerstone.

Saw them with Kiss and Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band at Roosevelt Stadium in NJ some time in like '76(?). The whole show was amazing. I remember J. Geils absolutely kicked ass. Great concert. Young in the 70's. I don't know but, musically, we had it the best. Absolutely Love The J. Geils Band.

Saw Seth in a Peoples Express line in LAX around 87. I said Hey Seth Justman and he looked at me like I was crazy. He had his keyboard earrings on, so as he was walking by me it was just a knee jerk reaction that I recognized him. I had Full House as a kid and played the shit out of it. Remember those gigantic Peoples Express lines snaking through huge crows of people? Whats up Seth.

These cats may be from Boston but Detroit is their second home. They were very popular here. Full House was recorded live in Detroit and is probably the best live album ever after the Allman Brothers "Live at the Fillmore East". Saw Peter Wolf perform with Kid Rock here a few years ago and he's still got it.

I saw Magic Dick and J Geils (Jerome), just the 2 of them in concert at the Cellar in Ohio (more recent), as well as the full band back in the day MANY times......always a blast!!!

Seen am four times all in the 1970s first time I was 14,1970...Just them played for almost 3,hours at Xavier field house in Cincinnati..My big brother handed Peter a joint, as they were doing give to me...Peter was hitting that joint one side of the stage dance back an handed it back to big brother..lol,,Crowd went crazy we were there right next to the stage..no security Then What a.blast Then 1975 Cleveland Ohio, as J,Geils opened for the Rolling Stones tour of its Only Rock an Roll album..Then Twice at Cincinnati Gardens...MY BOYS EVER ONE OF AM PURE.
