That was my uncle Joseph Occhipinti that was on this show. It was a horrific time for my family when they put my uncle through the trial and to Jail. That’s when I knew at a young age that the system was corrupt and it 100x worse today. Luckily with the Grace of God that President Bush signed a Pardon for my uncle to get out of jail after being shackled like a murderer in the highest federal prison. That was a disgrace on how they handled my uncle for the 7 months that he served. He has a book out and I suggest you give it a read. Luckily that is behind us now but what a tragedy it was when it happened. My prayers is that people wake up and see through the lies and remember it’s the people vs them. God Bless you all!!

When I was in graduate school I had a professor who told us a story about when he was a teenager was on a bad track. One night he committed a crime that could have sent him to jail. He was apprehended by a local beat cop who knew him and his family. He said that the cop beat him up and then brought him home to his family where he got more of the same. After that he turned his life around and know he a Professor. Today, a kid like him would have been arrested and incarerated. Is this progress?

THE JURY SYSTEM NEEDS IMPROVING BECAUSE TOO MANY INNOCENT ARE CONVICTED AND TOO MANY GUILTY ARE LET GO-THEY NEED TO HAVE A SECURITY GUARD IN EACH JURY ROOM SO THAT THE LITTLE OLD LADY IS NOT AFRAID TO STAND UP TO THE DOMINANT JURROR !

upt. The only way that what happened to the professor could happen today with the same ramifications is if the populace was reeducated in mass, which in itself is a very dangerous proposition

With teachers getting tenure & protection from the unions do you really expect them to keep doing their best when times get tough? Sure, some will but many will just scoot the kids along to the next grade where the next teacher will have to deal with kids that are behind. The entire system is broken.More of the same isn't going to fix anything.

r example, the professor was disciplined (and rightly so) by a family unit that cared for his well being, but the average youth of today doesn't have both parents, and if the parent that they do have does care about the child, that parent is not often enough in the child's life to properly raise the child because they are out working to put food on the table. The child raises itself and the ideology the child develops is the one the immediate environment dictates to be correct, which is one that

...How about approprioating enough money to revamp those empty School's that the good detective alluded to, not into prison's but what they were built for, educating people and adequatly educate the children, so they can grow up to find an good job or create a business, so they don't grow up to become criminal's.
