I think dressel was also a bit justified, France was secured for so long and the allies lost Africa, the middle east, and Turkey. Even if dressel didn't take Iran the axis would've just taken Iran themselves so that they could immediately threaten the oil.

Tbh, Dressel only has Iran while the Axis has almost all of continental Europe and Africa. At this point holding would be really hard even if Finland weren't player controlled and the Axis hadn't captured Turkey and Iraq. I really don't get why he went after Iran in 1939 or 1940, just made his situation so much worse and if the Allies had held in France he just wouldn't need it

@@richardroberson2564 Alright, let's hit you with some facts. Germany, should be able to defeat a French player, even if it has British help. Germany should be able to defeat France, with Italian Help, even if it has British, US, and Russian help, without Japanese volunteers. by June of 41, they should have enough tanks to punch a hole in the Stalin line and kill Russia, with just Italian and Romanian fillers, maybe a bit of Hungarian and Bulgarian help, Japanese help, Spain's help...My point is that it's 1 Russia, no coop, Against a full axis, and without Africa and a functional Allies until 44, there's a lot to manage. Outperforming? China didn't hold until 40 to 41, and even with the added industry Afghanistan and Iran had, Russia by yourself is not EASY to outperform a full axis with good economic trades, and an allies which aren't going to be ready for another few years, and so it takes a non dressel, to be willing to spend the time to make the attempts to defend it.
