I've had jobs like this, but unfortunately I don't have Kim's patience. I've generally ended up giving a nice speech on why their training classes are useless for anyone with an IQ over 75 and then quitting when they took offense and expected me to apologize. I miss the days of being able to quit a job on the spot, but I don't miss the jobs that go with the lack of responsibility.
