I only know a little bit about the lore of saw For the first few ones maybe all (I have ABSOLUTELY know idea) the story is: Jk(John Kramer) wants a kid so he has a kid but wait there’s more before his kid is born he/she (I’m not to sure) dies when a drug addict breaks into a pharmacy we’re his wife works and accidentally kills the Child and not his wife, and so jk is upset and wants to punish the man who killed his child (I think he tried to kill himself before going after the druggy) and kidnaps him and puts him in a homemade chair with his wrists and ankles tied down (I think there was a saw coming at him) and jk told him the the only way to escape was to push his face through this knife holder switch thing and he starts to...the the whole fucking thing breaks and he gets out and wants to kill jk BUT jk ain’t havin that shit and side steps him and he falls into a razor wire strap and then later on he’s like oh well time to punish people who might have done bad things and that’s what he does, then d tapp got obsessed with him and at some point, found out we’re jk was and went in with his partner without asking for backup or anything and his parter got his head blown off by a shot gun trap and d tapp gets his throat slit (I think he also gets shot in the chest) then jk puts d tapp into THE GAME and at the end d tapp learns some things and blows his brains out (dbd takes d tapp before he killed him self) and then some more shit yada yada yada and jk got a Brain tumor and the doctor messed up and got jks name mixed up with some one else’s and later on jk gets found out by some one and he can’t go to the doctor to remove it and kidnaps a doctor who did some dirty things to remove it also he as disciples LIKE Amanda young the doctor who got his name mixed up AND SO MANY MORE and then the jk puts the doctor who he kidnapped husband into the game and he gets free Amanda young gets mad as jk called her out for putting people into unwindable games and she (i think) shoots the doctor who was going to probably save jk but then after (ay=Amanda young) left. the doctor’s husband comes into the room with a shotgun and BOOM a shel straight into jks chest, but wait jk wanted to make sure that the doctor wouldn’t kill him so he put a shotgun trap around her neck that would go off if he died and guess what old men aren’t that resistant to shotguns, and some more stuff go’s on and shit like that I skipped a shit ton of stuff like a few movies and like 10 different side plots and half the shit I said might not be right but whatever it’s not my job to do this but I did it any ways Let me know if this helped

I completely disagree with your take on her pink addons. I've found a lot of success running gen protection perks with Amanda's letter on most maps, and Ruleset No. 2 just encourages doing gens more with no real drawback to the survivor because unless you are playing like a dick and camping jigsaw boxes you aren't going to get many head pops. You might as well run tampered timer and an extra jigsaw box or crate of gears. Another thing is you don't even mention her arguably best addon, the combat straps, which decreases the time it takes to lose terror radius and is extremely useful when not using the ambush attack. Also, you give zero credit to the ambush attack when that deserves quite a bit of attention. If used well, you can shut down more than a few loops you wouldn't otherwise be able to get, including the killer shack if you master the moondash (another reason Amanda's letter is useful is to see the pathing of smarter survivors and use your ambush attack accordingly) but I am just a pig one trick...

The Ambush is actually very underrated, assuming you know when and how to use it in both high ranks and low ranks. Is a Survivor won't leave a loop you can fake the direction and get a free hit or, you can fake your crouch and force them into an unsafe area that good players don't expect because of how little people do it. Overall it's like a guessing game only in your favor depending on your prediction skills and game/ survivor knowledge, and on more loops then you would expect.

A year late, but I've recently started maining the pig after leaving for a long time and coming back to a billy that is in no way as enjoyable as he used to be. This is going to help a lot. Trying to play as she's "marketed" or however you'd describe what she was pushed as has been inconsistent specifically from trying to blend the lunge with the traps, and the gameplay falls apart quickly with survivors who know what they're doing. Using her as an M1 that, at the very least, slows the game to a crawl for the survivor side seems like a much more effective way of using her, and the dash is always there if the rare occasion it's needed pops up. Great video format, too. The big channels everyone knows are so hard to follow guides for as they always feel more like forgettable spreadsheets than just "Here's practical information you can use."

I mean purple all seeing is a fairly good add on. You get to see exactly where that survivor urban evaded to instead of looking around the gen and seeing no one, if you're uncloaking near someone who's behind a wall and not sure which direction you're coming from, you can guarantee they choose wrong, you know exactly how many people are on that gen and if someone's staying on it. Couple it with the coxcombed clapper you'll know exactly where everyone is and attack them before they even know you're there, unless they run spine chill or worse spine chill

They do the Pig dirty a lot, but I have a build that is incredibly strong on her: 1- Rancor - Shows locations whenever gens pop AND is a fun way to mess with at least 1 person in the endgame. 2- Distressing - Increased terror radius is actually good for inflicting paranoia since she can turn it off anytime when she crouches. It keeps survivors unsure how close or far she is and often leads to them revealing themselves whether you actually knew they were there or not. 3- Starstruck - Combined with Distressing it gives people a reason to hesitate to approach you as you pick up and hook someone. Buying time is as important as downing someone else thanks to this. 4- Ultimate Weapon (Xenomorph perk) - Causes all within your terror radius to scream during its active period after opening a locker. Just get someone to scream and then you start crouching and... profit. As I said this build is made to keep survivors on edge whether they have a trap or not. Her expanded terror radius keeps them paranoid and her crouch walking keeps them second guessing. Generally speaking I prefer having 1 survivor with a trap on at all times, and by the end I typically aim for at least 1 trap death, because hook kills are boring and her mori is lame. Crouch walking doesn't count as chasing so you can follow someone with a trap and their timer will keep ticking down. Do with that as you will.

My favorite perk to run on the Pig is Save the Best for Last. You can just dash attack the obsession and it won't take away stacks. Since she's very chase-oriented, it's pretty helpful!

I’m going to have to respectfully disagree with your stance on the ambush dash. You did mention that people in the know can use it to shut down loops, but you say it can be used only at “the legendarily short ones” which is frankly blatantly wrong. While I can agree it is really hard to make work at jungle gym tiles or extremely long filler pallets like the ones on cowshed, filler pallets on most maps become a guaranteed hit if played right, or a 50/50 at worst, assuming the survivor knows to leave tiles when the pig crouches. It’s an entire aspect to her kit that when mastered, makes pig a force to be reckoned with while looping. This along with the fact that the stealth often gives her an easy first hit and the inherent yet often inconsistent slowdown makes her complete, not utilizing the ambush at all is like only using Billy’s chainsaw to traverse the map and never at loops, or only using freddys snares but never using the teleport.

i run whispers, spies, deerstalker and bloodwarden. whispers to find spine chillers, deerstalker to make slugs, spies to catch slug healers and those that try to flee whispers and blood warden is a contingency plan. slug someone when the gates might be opened and camp his corpse shoo away any bird scarers and then plop him on a hook at the half time and watch the remaining people claw at bars until they die(this usually doesnt happen as i run rule set with face mask so survivors cant see slugs or hooks and are panicing everytime a gen is done. they die before blood warden but its nice to trick remaining survivors for an added BM )

With the unbreakable totem build if you get the obsession out of the way early enough you can hat everyone and laugh as 30 minutes flash by without a single gen done and everyone is running around trying to cleanse third seal so they can find their pentimento totem/ trying to cleanse face the darkness so they can open a dang box, and if anyone tries to power through and do a gen anyway then everyone now has to do the exact same thing but with a lot more pressure than an invisible killer because now they have 2 minutes 30 seconds before the entity says P A T H E T I C and drags them off to the shadow realm after repeating that one clip from scanners.

My build on pig is pretty good I think. I use sloppy because survivors like to heal before they start to get a trap off and this will allow the timer to go down. I use whispers to tell me when to crouch. Pop because, well it’s pop. And I also use save the best for last because that perk is way too fun.

if springtrap becomes a killer his special ability would be to put a downed survivor in a spring lock suit springtrap has 1 of these suits . the survivor would have to complete several hard skill checks to escape. if the survivor fails the skill checks they get springlocked and springtrap will no longer have a suit to use [it will not recharge] . if the survivor dose the skill checks properly then they escape the suit. if the survivor escapes the suit then springtrap will still have the same suit to use however it is on a long cooldown . sorry if there's misspellings in this its just an idea. :)

Infection is kinda iffy due to the fact it isn’t a killer that wants to slug hugely. You want to hook to waste more time for their team. Use STBFL and you’ll save more time on yourself allowing more pressure and you can use your ambush on the obsession. Better perk build is: STBFL Corrupt Intervention Thrilling Tremors Nurses or PH’s healing perk You can also use Sloppy, Pop Goes the Weasel, Haunted Grounds. These all work just depends on your play style being more gen defending or killing dependent

Thanks to this guide i've discovered the joy of Franklin's Demise on Pig, stupid strong. I'm trying to make a "messed up priority" themed Pig build but is a hard puzzle to solve. Pun intended. Franklin's Demise not negotiable. For the other perks there should be a gen slow perk and a perk to punish healing or altruism, plus, one of them should be a Hex totem to add a new objective. I thought about Hex:Ruin and A Nurse's calling + a detection perk or Thrilling Tremors. Pretty strong so far against solo players, but it lacks good control over gens. Good SFW can just ignore all this fuckery of mine and just stealth on 2 or 3 gens and slam them uncontested. I'm not a good killer, i don't know if this idea is viable in ways i don't see. I'm undecided about the addons. Maybe tempered timer and the sketch or the rusty attachment to help nurse's calling. i don't know, really. I want to add a thing. Triggering deep wounds on trapped survivors is absolutely op. I've caused a headpop by triggering barrowed time on a trapped survivor. The poor bastard died deciding if it was more important healing from deep wounds, getting to a jigsaw box or run a little bit more. Pop. A lucky gamble but an effective one none the less.

Rule set no.2 is actually counter productive. It encourages survivors to complete a generator or run around blindly looking for jigsaw boxes. Obviously the smart thing would be to do a generator then go to the boxes to get the trap off. The traps are supposed to buy time and prevent generators from being worked on, so if survivors want to play it smart, they will just do generators.

Because this was his main game, at which he quit because he liked other games so I’m saying within his time frame AND HIS OPIOION ON WHICH HE SAYS AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE VIDEO, he listed pig F-teir and I’m saying I agree with him because with my experience and from others say, pig has no power in chase (M1 killer) and even her actual power isn’t really that good because if I travel the map even if rng screws me I still can get the trap off, and if I get in a M1 chase I’ll win because she doesn’t have the power that hag, or trapper does.

When I first downloaded DbD I immediately bought the Pig and her cosmetics. SAW may have been a mediocre film franchise but it has been one of my favorites growing up. That and the pig just looks bad ass.

But why? Pigs traps will spread survivors out, making it less likely to activate. I recommend using Surveillance instead.
