Woody Johnson should hire Louis Riddick as the next NY JETS GM and Kliff Kingsbury or Mike Vrabel as the next HQ. Riddick is currently an NFL and college analyst with "football" connections. I watched Riddick call a college game last weekend with Bob Wischusen. He’s extremely knowledgeable and has front-office experience. Riddick would know which college players to draft and which NFL free agents to sign because he has watched them play and spoken to them as a game-day analysis.
