The Jewel Robinsons and The Observatory Megaproject
Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), a prominent real estate developer owned by the Gokongwei family, is embarking on two massive projects in Mandaluyong City. These projects, valued at a combined P25 billion, are poised to reshape the city's skyline and elevate its status as a premier business district.
The Jewel: A Dazzling Architectural Icon
The first project, The Jewel, is a stunning commercial complex that will occupy a 2.5-hectare site at the intersection of EDSA and Pioneer Street. This ambitious development will feature four iconic office towers, each named after a precious gemstone cut: Asscher, Trilliant, Marquise, and Peruzzi. A luxurious mall will connect these towers, creating a vibrant retail hub.
The Observatory: A Soaring New Horizon
Federalands and Nomura Real estate second major project, The Observatory, is a sprawling 4.5-hectare development situated within the Mandaluyong-Pioneer Central Business District Zone. This expansive complex will comprise nine towers, including eight residential towers and one office tower. Each tower will incorporate retail spaces at its base, offering a diverse range of shopping and dining options.
With construction on the first tower of The Observatory expected to take five to six years, the entire project is estimated to be completed within a 10-15 year timeframe.
These two ambitious projects showcase RLC's commitment to developing world-class properties that not only enhance the urban landscape but also contribute to the economic growth of Mandaluyong City.
The Guadalupe Edsa Busway Station is now open with elevators on both sides of the station.
