What does this mean, I'm confused. 37 "I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you." I thought the Jews weren't Abraham's seed. Can anyone clarify this?

John chapter 8 vs 37-41. It means spiritually. The Israelites were of Abraham’s seed physically. However, the faith and promise Abraham believed in was faith in the true God and the Messias, Jesus Christ, who was to come and redeem men. Even though an unfaithful Israelite was still racially an Israelite, he was not spiritually an Israelite. (See Romans chapter 9:8.) It is the spiritual disposition of a man and not his race that makes him a child of God or a child of Satan. St. Paul says, "Know ye therefore, that they who are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham." (Galatians chapter 3:7) Jews who do not believe in Jesus Christ do not have Abraham as their spiritual father and do not have God as their father. The Devil is their father. Therefore, the faith of Abraham during the New Covenant era is Christianity, and Catholicism is the only true Christianity.

They are physically Abrahams seed, but Jesus said “ BUT ya seek to kill me” …. Abraham is the spiritual father of all believers… “they are of their father the devil.” They are liars and don’t do the works of Abraham. Abraham also spoke with Jesus and believed on him. For all those who still believe in once saved always saved, and that no matter what we do we cannot lose our salvation, listen from 11:02 and realize that faith and works is a most to attain eternal life. Once a man is justified, he must obey the law, which includes doing good works and avoiding sin, in order to remain justified.

Romans 8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Man, how do you not believe in eternal security? The bible hammers this concept all over. It's clear that you're not saved, and you need to believe on Jesus and fully trust in him. Because right now, you're trusting in yourself, not 100% Jesus.

You can’t put grace and works in the same bucket it’s either of one or the other and the Bible says OUR WORKS are as filthy rags… if you want to get into heaven by works your guilty of the whole law…. Your child self definitely broke the law and now you’re guilty and a sinner and will split hell wide open if you’re relying on YOUR works to get to heaven….
