My friend connected speakers to his 1944 John Deere beautifully restored model B to play this song while driving it in the Comfort Texas 4th July for the past 2 years. We love this song.

I had no idea people did these songes until I moves to south Texas. It's a thing. Texas Thunder plays 2 hours of polka music. No kidding.

This is a cool music video to go along with the song. My Grandpa liked this song so much that he wouldn't play the other songs on the polka for the health of it cd. He ended up having to buy 3 or 4 more CDS because he kept playing the John Deere Polka so many times and would wear the CD out.

I now live in town 4500 people. I never heard the song until I moved here. I live in a town with over 4 million people. Now I get it. And it is funny as hell.
