Great video! I feel you, man. That was terrible! I didn't know that was possible, so I was taking it easy in motos since cruiser day was such a burner. I felt really bad for those who traveled internationally. BTW - I heard you making noise, letting me know you were in my inside. Ha!

Haha non impossible de rouler en plates malheureusement à ce niveau là... Je vais te décevoir mais j'avais bel et bien les clics, j'avais juste pris les plates pour m'amuser entre les training et la course.

The UCI cancelled the competition due to thunderstorms in the area. 1) the storms weren't actually THAT close... 2) they passed pretty quickly and the track is fully floodlit, so they could have continued once the storm had passed, 3) there was no racing planned for the following day, so they could have chosen to run the finals in the morning of the next day and it would have had exactly ZERO impact on the rest of the schedule... the UCI chose the easy option for them, but a great many people had shelled out a lot of time, money, and effort to get to the event only to have the placings decided from the motos (heat) instead of running a full set of finals. That's why people are upset.

Tres honnêtement il ne faut pas laisser passer ce qui c'est passé. Je rappelle que le président de l'UCI est l'ancien président de la FFc. Perso je n'ai pas vu passer meme une message d'explication officielle. Ok le règlement l'autorise. Mais apparemment il y avait possibilité de décaler. Je pense que si j'avais ete de ceux qui ont fait l'année d'entraînement et le déplacement, j'arrêterai tout.

C'est vrai, pas un seul message d'explication, c'est rageant... Sincèrement, tu ne peux pas faire grand chose, c'est tellement politique, barricadé... Tu as beau gueuler, rien ne se passe. Le seul moyen de se faire entendre de nos jours face à tout ça, c'est les réseaux. C'est malheureux mais c'est la vie !
