It sounds like you have the Getting Lit ability applied to that variation, which conflicts with Puppet Parry. You can only choose one or the other since they use the same input.

down back A doesnt work,. he only hits the opponent, and the bat is still hidden, i tried down back X also NO result. all joker does is throw fire or stamp ground, update after changing some stuff i finally managed to get the puppet BUT NO brutality when i get the puppet in front of opponent, opponent doesnt attack and the joker throws puppet away is the result, how can you do down back A when he is talking to the puppet????

Yes you do. How you unlock them varies on the brutality and character. Some come from the Krypt, others come from the Towers of Time. Some come from Character Towers, while others can be found during Kombat League. You can also try beating a boss Tower of Time on Brutal difficulty, and the character you win as can often unlock a new brutality or two.

@@robertkun2886 Hello Robert! To unlock the joker's brutalities, you need to make towers of time with that character. I think you have to make 2 towers of time to give you a brutality, You can also get it in the towers where you have to kill a single enemy in an advanced difficulty.

If you don't have a brutality unlocked, you sadly cannot perform it. It likely came from his character towers, or one of the rotating towers of time. It's slightly possible it came from Kombat League, but I've played every season to get those and don't remember them giving out any brutalities for DLC characters on there yet.

Ahh ok. For these videos I usually connect a second controller then go to 2 Player Local VS. From there I can leave the second controller by itself and practice on my opponent under "real" brutality conditions. It's a good way to get comfortable with a brutality before you are ready to test it out on towers or other players.

There are a few methods. First, be sure to do all 5 stages of his character towers. Next, check the Towers of Time often since they will rotate hourly and sometimes the Joker themed towers will show up with rewards for him including brutalities. Last but certainly not least, when you unlock Brutal difficulty after beating some of the boss Towers of Time, try the fight again with Brutal difficulty on while playing as Joker and if you win, you will sometimes earn brutalities as a reward. If you only get augments, chances are the rest are in the character towers, or the hourly ones.

Yes, the ones you summon for each fighter on the top left that have multiple stages and rewards for the particular character you chose. You’ll need to get to and complete Stage 3 for the brutality you requested.

I can't say I remember for sure, but here are my suggestions. For starters, make sure you have cleared all 5 levels of Joker's character towers as they always come with specific finishers of some variety. Next up, you will obviously want to check the rotating Towers of Time every few hours when you can as there are a few Joker themed ones that sometimes have brutalities. Last, whenever you beat any tower of time you will often unlock "Brutal" difficulty for that same tower. If you go back to a boss fight, the towers where you only fight a single opponent, and then turn on brutal difficulty while fighting as Joker, you can often unlock a brutality or two if you win. Sorry I couldn't be more specific, there are so many finishers to collect in this game, but I hope that info can be of use to you in some way!
