The creator never breaks character to give his real take on it, but I suspect this whole "movement" is one big troll of conspiracy theorists. It's proof of how easy it actually is to string together a bunch of plausible sounding "connect the dots" type points, tie it in to some common base fear (like government surveillance in this case), and out comes a new idea that millions of internet minions are ready to lap up and believe without a moment of skepticism. The creator of this channel is effectively saying "stop being so goddamned gullible and believing fake ideas that use this technique, because you can literally use this technique for ANY stupid, false idea and make it sound quite convincing." No reality required, just a partial dose of creativity. Because though this notion of birds being fake is obviously stupid, and the creator is obviously not serious about it, if you look at the underlying arguments they are exactly no worse than those of most KZbin conspiracy theories. Which strongly implies that most KZbin conspiracy theories are false, in a way that I think is much more effective than trying to debate them all directly. And that's the troll: conspiracy theorists fancy themselves as free thinking skeptics and everyone else as "sheep", when in reality they are the most gullible lot around. Besides my disdain for conspiracy theorists in general, this channel is also a fun game of creativity to try to make arguments to defend a ridiculous idea. A lot of people think this is the true motive behind most of the flat Earthers -- a fun intellectual challenge, to use your creativity to defend something that you know to be false.
