I was extremely lucky that my Grandmother gave me her chifferobe and quilt chest. She received them as wedding gifts in 1927. She rubbed Olde English on it every 6 mths. They looked so beautiful. I had the two pieces for 20+ years until my brother asked if he could have them for his daughter. I didn't have any children and gladly passed them down to the next generation. I miss seeing them in my bedroom. You did a great job on the chifferobe. Congratulations.

Great job! I love that you saved it Have you ever tried Howard’s Feed and Wax? It’s great for giving cleaning/periodic maintenance, but I love using it on the interior of drawers. Makes a world of difference in giving wood dimension and has a fabulous orange smell.
