Drew died in 2008, @@fredbreadbun6277 . KZbin was founded in 2005 ,and Ronnie probably didn’t know how to operate an Electric-Toothbrush

Ciaran was intellectual...didnt he go to university? Learned to drink there!!

The more I watch these live performances, the more i realise how important Ciaran was for the Dubliners. The energy and joy he brings to the stage is insane and you can really see how much he loves it. It is so sad what happened to him, i wish i could go back in time and tell him about the tumour.

This is one of the very few numbers I've seen on KZbin with Ciaran taking the lead vocals. He wasn't bad at all. Superb song as well.

Ciaran looked remarkably like the Kiwi Hollywood actor Russel Crowe when young. Both built like rugbymen. (Crowe of course is a part owner of the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the NRL, so maybe he played some rugby somewhere along the line).
