Watching you dance makes me want to get my grove on. I’m pretty coordinated, but can’t seem to dance with my knees. Have you ever done a breakdown ?

First, thank you so much. Secondly, yes I do breakdowns. But it is so much more effective when in person. But I also realize everyone dies not live in my area. So I have to do the breakdowns in KZbin and/or during online classes. Is there something in particular you want me to break down?😍❤
